Jennifer is a principal of the firm and a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Jennifer leads the firm's permanent residency practice group, focusing on the complex, highly regulated area of PERM labor certification applications and PERM-based I-140 immigrant petitions. She has a particular skill in scaling and streamlining permanent residence programs for rapid-growth companies, and also has wide-ranging skills in nonimmigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status (both employment- and family-based), naturalization, and related applications. Jennifer is recognized as outstanding in the field by Super Lawyers®, and has held leadership positions in the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Northern California Chapter for many years. She currently serves as the Chapter’s Practice Management Coordinator.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked in Southern California as an attorney representing clients in family-based immigrant petitions, deportation defense, and civil litigation.
