Margret is a Senior Associate of the firm, handling nonimmigrant visa petitions and applications, as well as providing valuable immigration counsel to clients in navigating US immigration law. Margret has demonstrated knowledge of various nonimmigrant visa categories, including H-1B, L-1, TN,O-1, J-1, F-1, H-1B1 and E-3. On the immigrant visa side, she has experience with both employment and family-based applications for permanent residency, including national interest waivers, PERM, I-140s and adjustment of status applications. Margret also previously worked for international organizations focused on human rights, transitional justice, and human trafficking issues.

Margret is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and previously held leadership positions in AILA's Northern California Chapter, most recently as Education and Programs Co-coordinator. She has also been named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
